A must in any visit of Colmar, Marché Couvert conceals many stores dedicated to gustatory pleasures. One of them deserves all your attention as it collapses under the most emblematic regional products. Pretzels you want some in here: nature, sweetened or salted, gratinated, with goat cheese, with bacon... Same goes for the delicious bread rolls that are moricettes. There is something for all tastes and everything is cooked on site. Perfect to fill a small hunger, just as the wide range of sandwiches whose composition varies with the seasons. Add to that are succulent gingerbreads, typical kougelhopf, assortment of chocolates to die for and, for decorative touch to take home, objects bearing the effigy of Justin and Justine. In short, the most difficult thing to do is to make a choice in front of this stand that has all of a land of plenty 100% Alsatian!
