Tartes flambées and gourmet coffee to be enjoyed in a restaurant with terrace in Colmar.
The room is tiny and has only about fifteen place settings. Nevertheless, the welcome is so warm that you do not feel cramped or embarrassed by any promiscuity. Simple and discreet, this establishment deserves a stop to taste delicious classic or revisited flambé pies (such as the very tasty Fleur de Sel: on a gratin base, black forest, mesclun, parmesan shavings, balsamic caramel and fleur de sel). In winter, the menu is limited but effective and supplemented by suggestions renewed every other day (e. g. Alsatian pie and mixed salad, bibeleskaes, fried potatoes and munster, minced chicken, soy sauce, Chinese vegetables and noodles). For dessert, if you're not sure whether you want a chocolate cake, a fruit compote with cottage cheese and speculoos or an ice cream, opt for gourmet coffee: you'll have a wide selection of what the menu has to offer! In summer, with a more extensive range of dishes, you will enjoy lunch until late afternoon on a pleasant wooden terrace overlooking the water. A great place in the heart of the city.
