Restaurant with terrace offering a hearty home-made cuisine
Attention: to find this adorable coffee hidden in the vineyards, it is advisable to follow the signposts from the roundabout that gives access to the Wolfberger cellar. By car or by bike, you will follow a small winding road that will take you to this address much appreciated by Colmarians. The rustic setting is not lacking in originality with its wall sconces in the shape of half kougelhopf moulds! When the sun shines, it is nice to sit on the terrace while the children frolic on the playground under the trees. Here, the cuisine is hearty and homemade: fried prawns salad with citrus fruits, duck foie gras with pinot gris, candied duck leg and velvety foie gras, bite with queen or Black Angus sirloin flap with shallot confit. As a sweet climax, the pear like a Tatin and its vanilla ice cream works wonders. A great place to test in any season, but it is better to book.
