Add to this a situation in the pedestrian area near the Unterlinden Museum and the main shopping arteries in Colmar. In Les Natrel, the locavore card is thoroughly played: here you will be greeted with a smile before you spoil yourself with good fresh products provided by local producers. Daily dishes change over the week and seasons. Jean-Philippe's recipes reconcile dietetics with greed. You are invited to compose your menu from starters, dishes and desserts daily and cooked continuously from 12 am to 18 pm: home bowl, vegetable pickles, soup of sweet citronella potatoes, honey braised shank, supreme yellow chicken, orange caramel sauce, vegetarian wok, turkey, beef or gambas, tartes tartes varied… Different suggestions each week bring seasonal products to the honor of the Ferme farm (well known in the region), 2 hams and 2 sauces. If you don't have time to dine, Les Natrel offers a range of dishes to be taken at a much better price than a fast food menu and especially more interesting from a nutritional point of view!
