Set up in the former building of the municipal baths of Colmar, the Schongauer café-restaurant has everything to please! In a refined and contemporary decor designed by the architects Herzog and de Meuron, the staff provides a continuous service and offers a menu of simple but refined dishes created by the chef Aurélien Paget. Depending on his inspiration, he can concoct a raw sauerkraut salad with smoked haddock and horseradish vinaigrette, a pork tenderloin served with homemade buckwheat spätzlé, or a good Alsatian burger: Moricette bread, pork and veal burger with cumin, tomme d'Alsace, munster sauce and roasted potatoes, you're in for a treat! As a bonus, both indoors and on the pleasant terrace lined with apple trees, the atmosphere is 100% Zen!
