Much appreciated by lovers of fine meats and offal, this restaurant cultivates a brasserie spirit upstairs (convivial high tables), while its basement conceals an intimate stone-lined cellar. There's something here for every taste, and the food is generous, either à la carte or according to the day's suggestions. As a guarantee of quality, the meats are supplied by Alsatian butchers Michel Herrscher and Jauss. The portions are more than copious, and the choice of wines from Alsace and elsewhere is sure to satisfy both novices and connoisseurs.

C'est un bon endroit si vous devez réserver un endroit à la dernière minute. Le restaurant propose une cuisine locale simple. Je recommande vivement le risotto aux coquilles Saint-Jacques. Le service était excellent. Les prix sont très raisonnables. L'atmosphère manquait un peu, car la plupart des tables se trouvent au sous-sol, donc sans fenêtre.

De passage sur Colmar belle surprise, la salle du bas très jolie, et récente.
Choucroute très bonne et copieuse, pour les dessert c’est pareil.
Je conseille cette adresse.

Gros + la salle possède de bons isolants acoustiques au plafond pour manger dans le calme même quand le restaurant est complet.
