Cozy restaurant offering a cuisine made from local products by Olivier Reither.
This establishment has been awarded the Restaurant de Qualité label by the Collège Culinaire de France, and its chef holds the title of Maître Restaurateur. A fine reward for Anne-Lise and Olivier Reither, who share their love of bold, passionate cooking using quality local produce. Chef Olivier spent almost 5 years working with Marc Haeberlin at the famous Auberge de L'Ill in Illhaeusern. Add to this a cosy setting, charming service and a fine wine list. L'Essentiel? Carte courte donc produits très frais. Plats excellents et raffinés. Belle carte des vins. Accueil et service sympathique et professionnel. Une adresse à recommander à Colmar.

Cuisine excellente , inventive, tant les entrées que les plats et les desserts. Ambiance cosy, acceuil chaleureux et service sympathique tout du long. Nous reviendrons. Bravo et merci pour ce superbe dîner.
