A member of the Chefs Restaurateurs d'Alsace, Christophe Heck chose the name of his Colmar restaurant in a nod to his teenage years, when he used to visit "Ramloc", Colmar in slang! He treats you to homemade specialties made with mostly local, seasonal produce. Every lunch and dinner is an opportunity to rediscover exceptional products, worked as never before, with a special mention for the fish. Uncluttered decor with exposed beams, excellent wine list, charming welcome and pleasant terrace.
