A good place to discover Alsatian cuisine
The name of the establishment comes from the Alsace stammtisch, which means "table of the regulars", but, ironically, there are mainly tourists! Located in the heart of the city next to the church of the Dominican Republic, the 2-storey hotel can accommodate up to 75 guests and put on its own authenticity and tradition. In a half-timbered house, the restaurant has three tastefully decorated rooms in a rustic style with a touch of modernity. On the map you will find all the specialties of the region: Riesling sauerkraut sauerkraut with 5 meats, vigneronne salad, flambées pies, Munster braised hind… Stam has not forgotten vegetarians and offers a selection of Végan dishes: pan, salad, soup and even climbing pie! In the beautiful days, local and local guests are on the terrace. So think about reserving if you want to have a table. Friendliness and smile guaranteed, a good address to discover Alsatian cuisine.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
The old blonde waitress who was more an aggressive bulldog who kept watch over the terrace to attack customers than to serve customers.
She was stressed and rude and ruined our entire lunch and afternoon.
