Authentic and warm restaurant located in the heart of the old town of Colmar offering traditional French dishes

The restaurant is easily identified by its original plaster cast of Auguste Bartholdi's "Tonnelier". You can dine in the beautiful dining room, authentic and warm, just like the cuisine offered by a seasoned team led by the Foit family, or on the terrace, open in fine weather. Upstairs, a superb room is dedicated to banquets and family celebrations, with no less than forty menu variations for groups! Whatever you choose, you'll enjoy traditional French and regional dishes.

Nous nous sommes régalés avec le menu Bartholdi bien copieux et raffiné tant par le dressage des assiettes que par le gourmet des ingrédients...une note tte particulière pour l araignée de veau et sa sauce...de bon conseil pour le choix du vin par la patronne...nous étions au calme et avons passé une excellente soirée.. de belles fêtes à vous et surtout si j'ai cru comprendre : une excellente retraite bien méritée !!????????????
