Housed in a mansion built in 1568 on the banks of the Lauch river, this typically Alsatian restaurant offers a romantic setting for couples, but is also suitable for families. In the kitchen, Alexandra Gross composes a perfect score of regional gastronomy: sauerkraut with 5 meats or 3 fish, braised knuckle of pork with mashed potatoes, nicely simmered baeckaoffa, not forgetting tarts flambées and a few vegetarian suggestions. Service is top-notch, and reservations are recommended, especially at Easter and during the Christmas market.

Je recommande vivement ce resto
Seul petit bémol est qu'il faut souvent faire appel aux serveurs pour avoir la carafe d'eau ou les petites cuillères avec les desserts.
