In a setting designed like a traditional butcher's shop (tomatoes and white and red earthenware), meat lovers highly appreciate the beef pieces on offer: prime rib, "Fort de Halles" rib steak, sirloin steak, royal minced steak, rump steak heart pavement, spider, sirloin, tab or even pan-fried and flambéed tartare. Cooking is of course done on demand and many sauces are available with meat. As for the fittings, there is a wide choice.
