In a setting designed like a traditional butcher's shop (tomatoes and white and red earthenware), meat lovers highly appreciate the beef pieces on offer: prime rib, "Fort de Halles" rib steak, sirloin steak, royal minced steak, rump steak heart pavement, spider, sirloin, tab or even pan-fried and flambéed tartare. Cooking is of course done on demand and many sauces are available with meat. As for the fittings, there is a wide choice. Also note the presence on the menu of some good local specialities: pot-au-feu, andouillette, black pudding, veal head... When you sit down at La Boucherie, you may be surprised by the originality and variety of the proposals, but you are never disappointed by the quality of the food and service!
