Rigorous selection, food control and healthy recipes are the key words of this brand created in 1974. In a setting designed like a traditional butcher's shop (tomatoes and white and red earthenware), meat lovers highly appreciate the beef pieces on offer: prime rib, "Fort de Halles" rib steak, sirloin steak, royal minced steak, rump steak heart pavement, spider, sirloin, tab or even pan-fried and flambéed tartare. Cooking is of course done on demand and many sauces are available with meat. As for the fittings, there is a wide choice. Also note the presence on the menu of some good local specialities: pot-au-feu, andouillette, black pudding, veal head... When you sit down at La Boucherie, you may be surprised by the originality and variety of the proposals, but you are never disappointed by the quality of the food and service!

Steak haché, le steak était trop cuit, brûlée carrément
2 Bavette trop cuite alors que à la commande on avait dit à point
Frites Extra sèche on se demandait si sa datait pas de quelque jours... Et sa a été servis en pagaille sur le plat....
Extrêmement chère pour cette qualité....
Sauces en rupture, pas annoncé et pas de choix de substitution.
Serveurs très sympathique, mais dépasser par la charge de travail ?
Plats est très longue alors qu’on était les premiers et que le restau n’était pas bondé de monde
