Starred restaurant offering fine cuisine with local colours in Colmar.
Jean Kuentz is the former sous-chef of Jean-François Piège at the Grand Restaurant (2* Michelin). This lively thirty-year-old composes very fine and beautifully colored dishes, offered on the slate and à la carte. We like to succumb to his pearly cod with lobster bisque or his tangy farmhouse pork chop. The desserts are also very tasty, especially the rum baba with limoncello and its plate of cheeses matured on the spot. As for the wines, Jean Kuentz offers exceptional vintages, some served by the glass, which is rather rare!
