Restaurant with terrace, superb decor and tasty, inventive seasonal cuisine from chef Frédéric Tagliani.
This charming restaurant harmoniously blends wood panelling, exposed stonework and contemporary furnishings. Formerly second in command at the Chambard** restaurant in Kaysersberg, Frédéric Tagliani creates delicate dishes with a touch of inventiveness. Roasted prawns with lemongrass and fennel confit shortbread, quail croustillant with foie gras, mascarpone/chocolate leaf with pomegranate seeds and passion sorbet: a festival of new flavors, in tune with the seasons, on a limited menu or daily specials offered at rather measured prices!
