Restaurant with terrace in Colmar, highly gastronomic, directed by the young chef Paul Fabuel.
Within the Hostellerie Le Maréchal, this highly gastronomic restaurant has a terrace overlooking the Lauch in the heart of Little Venice. Would you like to sit down in the evening? You will appreciate the candlelight dinner with soft music in the background. In the kitchen, Chef Paul Fabuel creates little gustatory wonders. Foie gras nougat with hibiscus jelly, sea bream ceviche with Alsace rhubarb pickles, hot soufflé with passion fruit... It's a real symphony of flavors that spins its notes in your plate.

The foie gras was delightful; however, the hare was overcooked and excessively salty, with a tough outer layer that made it inedible.
Service was notably inattentive, with very long waits. Took 20m after order to get the starters.
It wasn’t until we requested to cancel our order that our food was promptly served; by then it was 50m after the starters.
This restaurant is not worth it; you will enjoy more with just photos outside the hotel.
Exceptional food. Very creative, delicate, tasteful. A blend of local and imaginative cuisine.
Service pompous, arrogant, more interested in how they present rather than how they actually treat the customer.
