J'ai dû arriver en retard parce que le bus était en retard, mais le personnel m'a attendu pour m'ouvrir la porte. De même, j'ai dû rester une heure de plus après le départ pour déménager mes affaires et ils n'ont eu aucun problème. Les chambres étaient propres ainsi que les salles de bains et les parties communes. Endroit calme. Je sais que j'y séjournerai à nouveau lorsque je reviendrai à Colmar.

Pas de possibilité de consigne à bagages. Celle-ci se trouve en ville. Impossible de se laver. Les douches sont au compte-gouttes. Le petit déjeuner à l'euro est très simple et ne vaut pas l'argent. A part propre, il n'est pas recommandé, mais à 21€, il est aussi très bon marché.

Le magasin est géré par Gargamel. L'auberge est relativement éloignée du centre et de la gare. Le personnel n'est pas aimable mais le petit déjeuner est tout à fait plausible
