As a good mountain dweller descended into the plain of Alsace, the owner of Pause Café decorates his shop with vintage skis and various objects or posters related to the glamorous past of skiing. The menu includes various kinds of invigorating teas and coffees, especially a top secret blend elaborated by "1924, Un monde de café". You can also quench your thirst with homemade beers or an anthology Elsass Coffee with gewurztraminer marc. At Pause Café, the atmosphere is just like the owner: cordial and colourful!

Visiting Colmar this weekend, we took our small lunched in this very original hotel. Mountain decor makes this place warm and cosy. Apparently appreciated by the buildings, which flock around the bar chat around a good coffee, the atmosphere is there!
The presentation and the service, provided by cute little bearded, are faithful to your description. We will not miss again this summer at the time of our next passage in Alsace.
