This is an event that does not hesitate to put small dishes in the big ones to make you discover the wealth of French soil in general and Alsace in particular! Organised every year since 2013 in September, this is the second major rendezvous, after the Wine Fair, amateurs of good things. For three days, some 80 exhibitors reveal their gastronomic specialties salted or sweet. Craftsmen, producers, breeders and wine producers thus reveal the quality and diversity of their know-how in meat, meats, foie gras, seafood products, preserved, fine grocery, jams, macaroons, desserts, wines and spirits… By strolling from stand to stand, you can taste and buy many merveilles marvels. What to celebrate your warned epicurean buds!
