The Foire aux Vins d'Alsace de Colmar (FAV for those in the know) is the event of the summer, bringing together some 280,000 visitors over 10 days and more than 370 exhibitors. It's an excellent showcase for Alsace wines. In addition to discovering delicious grape varieties, you can also feast on local specialities such as sauerkraut, tarts flambées and beers... With its 10,000-seat open-air theater, the Colmar Wine Fair is also an essential stop on summer tours. Discover the full program on the FAV website from June 2025.
