EUTERPE
In 1983, Jean-Philippe Matthys created the Euterpe Music School, which was originally specialized in keyboard instruments (piano, clavecin, organ). But over the years, the school has opened up to many other instruments: Digital piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, cor, violin, cello, harp, guitar, battery… The school combines the pleasure of learning and rigor, in particular by applying a unique pedagogy that consists of assimilating the solfetus by simultaneously playing an instrument. Today, about thirty teachers make up more than 400 students a year! Located on the first floor of a beautiful building in the pedestrian center just opposite the Dominican Church, Euterpe School introduces children to music from their earliest age: " Baby Baby "module for children under 0 to 3 years old," Sound Garden "for children aged 3 to 4 years," Musical Awakening "for children aged 4 years to 6 years. It is a unique concept on Colmar to show our dear blonde heads the music. For adults and adolescents, many instrumental or vocal training courses are offered. If your ear calls you, let her guide you to Euterpe.
