"Konnichiwa" (hello)! Let yourself be seduced by the Japanese art of living in the heart of Colmar... The Japan Alsace Association (AJA) offers you various activities to discover the subtleties of Japan in many ways. Izumi Flaviat and Naoko Nakamura run Japanese language courses for all levels, while Aya Iwata organizes calligraphy workshops (free for AJA members). As for Yoko Tsuji, she reveals delicious traditional recipes (sushi, yakitori, rāmen, gyûdon...) during culinary workshops (for 6 people maximum, 3-course menu tasting included in the course price). Japanese and calligraphy sessions as well as conversation rooms are held in the premises of Château Kiener, 24 rue de Verdun in Colmar. Culinary workshops are also held in Colmar, but at 8B rue Saint-Jean. The dates are regularly updated on the AJA website and Facebook page. A friendly atmosphere and enriching encounters on both a human and intellectual level: the Land of the Rising Sun is just a stone's throw from your home. So.... "Ja mata" (see you soon)!
