The CFA is a must for anyone wishing to train in the various hotel and catering professions.
The Apprentice Training Center provides training in the hotel and restaurant trades. Cook, maître d'hôtel or head waiter, with two alternating vocational diplomas: Arts de la cuisine and Arts du service et de la commercialisation en restauration. 2 CAPs are also available. Additional one-year courses are available if you wish to specialize. The Alsace Region encourages apprenticeship and offers financial assistance for your 1st year.
