This regional association is the service of the disabled person and the company. The aim of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the AGEFIPH is to help persons with disabilities (recognized by the Disabled Workers'House) to enter the labour market. Different services operate in this structure; the service of Cape Emploi is responsible for verifying the adequacy between the job seeker's skills and the available offers. The association therefore intervenes with employers to support certain applications and informs people about their existing rights and assistance arrangements. The SAMETH (Service of Support for the employment of disabled workers) addresses the disabled worker who due to the emergence or aggravation of disability is threatened with inaptitude. Finally, the ALTHER service is linked to companies and provides information about the employment of persons with disabilities. The experts in this service help them to locate themselves in the legislative environment and also present the aid made available to them by linking the company with the actors concerned. Since 2015, for people with autism recognized workers with disabilities, the Dream of Bubbles project is an innovative device to accompany professional integration in the ordinary environment.
