Habitat Cluster offers 467 student units distributed in 5 residences near the shops and university establishments of Colmar (IUT, IUP, Biopôle, INRA, IFSI), from the studio (vacuum or furnished) to the T 2; rooms of 13 m 2 are available at the Pasteur foyer with common kitchens. These accommodations are not reserved for scholarship students but you will need to justify your student status, trainee, apprentice, training or professionalization contract. As they are licensed, you will be eligible for CAF assistance if your income is low (Housing Allowance or Personalized Assistance to Housing). You will not be charged any agency fees or file fees. Only one month of deposit will be requested. To benefit from any of these apartments, you must complete a request for social housing (downloadable online or to withdraw from the reception) and return it to Pôle Habitat.
