The Espace Bel Age is one of the structures of colmarian animation put in place by Apalib which offers the senors more than 70 activities. The objective of this space is to promote social ties, to contribute to the prevention of aging risks and to adapt a response to the need for social utility through the commitment of a hundred volunteers. To the program: sports activities (aquagym, easy walks, dynamic gym, evolutionary or on chair, yoga, Nordic walking…), manual arts (knitting, sewing, origami, kitchen, painting…), afternoon games of company, teas, cultural outings, choir… A wide schedule that allows everyone to find an activity that suits them. Each month, the program is posted on the website: do not hesitate to consult it for the time and venue of each event. And if you have a center of interest and want to share it as part of a volunteer engagement, don't hesitate to show up with APALIB 'to become a facilitator!
