LA MANNE
La Manne was set up in 1985 as a food aid center, distributing food to the most disadvantaged through a number of initiatives: food parcels, the Le Rebond social grocery store and the social restaurant. The origins of this association lie in making available food products still consumable, supplied by retailers, for the benefit of the underprivileged. This redistribution makes it possible to provide a weekly food package consisting of 5 meals per person. As for the social grocery store, it enables families to stock up on products at lower cost, while the solidarity restaurant offers a hot meal in a convivial setting. What's more, people undergoing vocational rehabilitation can take part in the collection and sorting of foodstuffs. To support the most disadvantaged, the association also offers interest-free loans. If you have time to volunteer, please visit the La Manne website.
