Choco-Story in a superb museum in the heart of Colmar's old town, offering an immersive experience for families
After Bruges, Brussels, Paris, Prague, Uxmal, Valladolid and Beirut, the Van Belle family pays tribute to Alsace's chocolate-making tradition with a superb museum in the heart of Colmar's old town. It's a fantastically exotic place, spread over 1,200m2 on 2 floors. The visit (1h30) takes in 18 rooms revealing the secrets of chocolate, from its origins to the present day. Equipped with an audioguide in 4 languages (French, German, English, Chinese), visitors discover the great eras in the history of chocolate over the last 5000 years, as they follow a trail studded with films, 3D projections and a host of interactive terminals. Fauna and flora, the temple of the god Quetzalcoatl, the Spanish caravel, the Moussoir game, a sound and light show with a statue of Liberty made entirely of chocolate (2 metres high, 300 kg!) at the Cabaret-Show, a virtual demonstration on a giant 10-metre screen with 3 chocolatiers, workshops where young and old can make their own chocolate creations... There's also a magnificent collection of 500 objects linked to the world of chocolate over the centuries. At the end of the tour, you'll discover the expertise of 80 Alsatian chocolatiers through an ingenious cartography and fascinating videos. Choco-Story offers a completely new immersive experience, which can be concluded with the purchase of delicious cocoa specialties and other enamelled works or plates in the boutique on the first floor.

Lalu ikut kelas mengolah coklat dari Chef Mathieu, jebolan C Monggo dari kota Jogja. Ok banget!
So temans, pastikan mampir ke sini jika sampai di Colmar ya!
