ABBAYE D'ALSPACH
Abbaye d'Alspach offering exhibitions of local and international artists using paper, and hosting 2 concerts each year
Alspach Abbey is an atypical exhibition site, a Romanesque church nestled in the heart of an industrial site dedicated to the recycling of paper and packaging. Open twice a year, at weekends in May and September, the site offers exhibitions of local and international artists who work with paper as a material. Artists such as Mademoiselle Maurice or Odon have presented their works in this place. Between the bales of paper, the church opens onto the industrial landscape built on the site of a large abbey dismantled during the Revolution. Two concerts are also offered every year. In this unique and exceptional site, a change of scenery is guaranteed.
