Tillia, the Latin name of this charming new delicatessen in Colmar, means "linden tree", explains Lisseth. It's a poetic reference to the venerable trees that grow in the Champ-de-Mars park opposite the store. Under Lisseth's guidance, you'll discover a fine range of French and local artisanal products. Delicate fruit juices, subtle wines, original beers, tasty terrines, vinegars, delicious spices and condiments... Tillia is also a meeting place for small producers and winegrowers.
