Véronique and Jean-Léon Kretz have been sharing their love of fresh bread with their loyal customers in the Ladhof district for 10 years. This globe-trotting baker has taken advantage of his travels to learn about different methods of making the famous daily bread. He offers a wide range of traditional and speciality breads, brioches, viennoiseries, home-made pastries and bredalas. For lunch, the range of sandwiches on offer is both varied and tempting. And every Tuesday, from 6pm to 8:30pm, he prepares traditional wood-fired pizzas.

Un boulanger où je vais depuis que je suis toute petite et qui ne m'a jamais déçut. Dès que je suis à Colmar, je vais chercher mon pain chez lui. Il propose toujours des produits de qualités à très bon prix. Le personnel est souriant et agréable

J’ai acheté 2 portions de mille feuille, la crème pâtissière c’est de la poudre fade et farineuse désagréable en bouche on ne les a même pas terminé…. la pâte feuilletée trop cuite à un goût de brûlé c’est sûrement de la congelé acheté en plaque … , trop chère pour la qualité proposé. C’est pas bon je n’irais plus .

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food was delicious. I got the fremier(sp?) sandwhich, and she made it fresh.
