Pastries, pastries, nougat slices with delicate fragrances, old and salty meringues (sandwiches, quiches, lorraine pasties…): We have the embarrassment of choice and everything is fresh, homemade. Poppy side is Byzance: Crisp strings and crisp strings, generous mics, special breads to cereals… In addition to the brioches, kougelhopfs and other Alsatian specialties, manalas, bredalas, and other dungeons of Carnival are appearing over the seasons.
