My host recommended this place for the galette des rois, and indeed, the galette was delicious, fluffy and crispy pastry and light almond paste. The shop was a little far from where I stayed, but I was committed to visiting this shop twice a week. It was always a fun, as the staff were friendly and I saw different products each time. I am leaving Colmar with lots of sweet memories (and extra kilos to lose)????????
J'avais réservé un gâteau et on m'a fait répéter mon nom au moins 5 fois et patienter un certain temps pour me dire que l'on ne trouver pas ma commande de Noël. J'ai acheté un gâteau plus gros en vitrine pour ne pas faire attendre les personnes derrière moi....On m'a offert un crayon pour le malentendu, aucun geste commercial après avoir depensé en 5 jours environ 200 €. Je voyage beaucoup et sachez que l'on critique les espagnols, un jour un boulanger espagnol m'a offert des petits gâteaux pour que l'on goute ses spécialités, je lui avais juste acheté une baguette et 2 biscuits...
Et par chez moi les pâtissiers font toujours un geste lorsqu'ils font une erreur.
Et un sourire est toujours sympathique...Prenez en note...
