In this family business created in 1930, the Master craftsman Claude Richon took over. It perpetuates the spirit of creativity and quality of the house in its two stranded boutiques on the edge of Little Venice for one, and close to the Champ de Mars for the other. Here we respect traditions while twisting them with a zest of modernity. Everything is excellent: The pastries (raspberries), the pastries (raspberry crescent), the macarons (mango-passion, Earl Gray, Jasmine, myrtille…), the iced dishes… Not to mention the tasty chocolates that their names are evocative: The Rhine Gold (muscadine at Cointreau), Hansi (Gewurztraminer's white truffle), Grès des Vosges (laminated pralé), Black Kiss (gianduja truffle), Diamant (truffe ginger at beer flower)… Would you like to surprise your guests during an aperitif?
