Founded in 2014 by Alban Bisch, a true enthusiast, the Alsatian brand Bisch de Bruche now has four charming boutiques across the region. A maestro of nougat, gingerbread and artisanal, traditional confectionery, Alban offers a wide range of sweet treats to bring back from your Alsatian sojourn... or to devour selfishly without pouting your pleasure! Particularly original recipes include gingerbread with chocolate, kirsch and cherries, or orange and Cointreau, and red fruit nougat served by the slice.
