Founded in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family-run business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams, as well as for its frankly insane creations! Its Colmar premises are a veritable temple to gourmet delights: it's impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with over two hundred flavors of ice cream and sorbet, not to mention the sublime frozen entremets. Add to this a range of succulent cakes (rocher gourmand, Paris-Brest, forêt-noire, opera...), individual pastries and other viennoiseries.

Une glace pour ma fille chocolat et violette juste excellente ???? un café de très bonne qualité accompagné d'un roulé choco délicieux. Merci pour votre accueil ????
