Founded in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family-run business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams, as well as for its frankly insane creations! Its Colmar premises are a veritable temple to gourmet delights: it's impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with over two hundred flavors of ice cream and sorbet, not to mention the sublime frozen entremets. Add to this a range of succulent cakes (rocher gourmand, Paris-Brest, forêt-noire, opera...), individual pastries and other viennoiseries.

Local où il y a une employée tout à fait souriante agréable. C est un plaisir réel. L employée prend notre commande au guichet et vient nous servir nos cafés et nos pâtisseries. C est plutôt un glacier car le choix de pâtisseries est réduit. J ai passé un bon moment dommage que je n’étais pas équipé d’une glacière. J aurais fait mes courses en glaces qui font envie.

Les prix sont un peu élevés mais pour aller déguster un petit dessert ou se faire un p'tit quatre heures, les pâtisseries sont très bonnes et ça vaut tout de même le détour..... Mise à jour de mon avis : on ne peut plus manger de pâtisserie sur place, c'est fort dommage... Et très déçu des 20 gougères à la truffe, qui n'ont aucunement le goût de truffe. Vu le prix c'est abusé !
