Founded in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family-run business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams, as well as for its frankly insane creations! Its Colmar premises are a veritable temple to gourmet delights: it's impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with over two hundred flavors of ice cream and sorbet, not to mention the sublime frozen entremets. Add to this a range of succulent cakes (rocher gourmand, Paris-Brest, forêt-noire, opera...), individual pastries and other viennoiseries.

Lieu idéal pour goûter des nouveautés grâce au salon juste à côté et se laisser aller à une gourmandise non coupable.
Acheter local, tarif un peu plus cher mais au moins la qualité est là, moins c'est mieux.
