Created by Thierry Gerardin (owner of the restaurant Le Caprice), this shop sells 100% artisanal ice creams, guaranteed free from palm oil and artificial flavoring. The ice creams and sorbets are made from fresh fruit compotes, Arabica coffee and other premium cocoas. Available to take away in cones (homemade), jars or tubs, these delights can also be enjoyed on the premises in the form of a variety of mouth-watering cups.
