Olivier (master butcher, delicatessen butcher) and Fabrice (cook) Zeyer continue the tradition of this company founded in 1923. For four generations, it is with the same passion that French meats have been carefully selected and that homemade delicatessen and ready-made meals of the day have been prepared: grandmother's chicken, duck with orange, minced meat Parmentier, hunting rabbit, baeckeoffe, sauerkraut, roasted roast chicken, fleischnackas, kassler, veal blanquette, the diversity and quality of the products are indisputable. For Easter and Christmas, special menus are available: duck foie gras and homemade smoked salmon, scallops, candied lamb mice and gratin dauphinois at very reasonable prices! Please note that you can request home delivery for a modest additional charge. If you go through the covered market in the heart of the old town of Colmar, you will discover a stand that gathers all the specialities of the Mallerich house. In particular the famous homemade puff pastry which was elected "Best pâté en croûte d'Alsace" at the European Fair in Strasbourg!

Je conseille à tout les personnes de plus allez
Personnelles très sympathique.
Les produits sont aussi bons que beaux. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont charmantes. On peut même demander à mettre les produits sous vide ou apporter ses propres contenants si on ne souhaite pas utiliser les papiers d'emballage.
Bon accueil et la viande est vraiment très bonne, tendre, pas grasse, franchement au top????????
