Superb Colmar distillery creating nectars presented in divine bottles, all guaranteed 100% made in France.
According to its creator, Baptiste Kirchhoffer, this artisan distillery is a laboratory for experimentation, where seasonal spirits are born to tantalize your senses! Such is the case with Phi Gin, made from spring water and juniper berries, which is as fresh as it is smooth, with citrus notes underlined by a hint of floral notes. Special mention must go to the container, made by one of France's finest glassmakers. A cross between a carafe and a pirate's flask, its fluid, slender shape is topped by a carnette ring to great effect!
