Superb Colmar distillery creating nectars presented in divine bottles, all guaranteed 100% made in France.
Opened since the end of 2018, this artisanal distillery is, according to its creator Baptiste Kirchhoffer, an experimental laboratory where seasonal spirits are born to titillate your senses! This is the case for Gin Phi, made from spring water and juniper berries, which is as fresh as it is sweet with its citrus notes highlighted by a hint of flowers. Special mention to its container made by one of the best glassmakers in France. A blend of decanter and pirate vial, its fluid and slender shape is topped by a carnett ring of the most beautiful effect.... Also to be discovered during your visit: the Génépi Backcountry, Alsatian version of the famous Savoyard digestive!
