For ninety years, the Gauer family has been growing vegetables on 2.4 hectares in the Maraîchers district of Colmar. Laurence is a worthy representative of the fourth generation and manages her farm with passion. Since January 2013, she has been involved in an organic conversion process. At her place, you can be sure to get a full supply of products grown without chemical fertilizers. You can also find old and sometimes unusual varieties: Andean tomatoes, Crimean tongues, beef hearts, spaghetti squash, Jerusalem artichokes, rutabagas, parsnips.
