The concept of this new Colmarian brand is clear: to offer access to a wide range of organic products in the heart of Bartholdi's hometown. Bio C'Bon rethinks local shops in "nature" mode to invite you to consume better while avoiding waste: fruit and vegetables supplied mostly by local producers, eggs from the Bapst farm and fresh bread from the L'Enfariné bakery, cut-to-size cheeses, bulk grocery products, ready-to-eat preparations in the fresh section, wellness products. Everything here is AB certified and if the prices are a little higher than in a traditional store, they remain competitive in terms of the quality of the products offered.
