A pioneer of the Biocoop initiative in 1986, the Sonneblüem ("sunflower" in Alsatian) cooperative now attracts a clientele that is no longer limited to 100% organic enthusiasts. It must be said that it is very pleasant to stroll through the shelves of this supermarket unlike any other. One appreciates knowing the precise origin and composition of each product: vegetables and fruits, dairy products, cereals and starches, cosmetics and household products, books (rather well supplied with which they participate in the Colmar fair)..

C'est le lieu où le respect de l'Autre, son authenticité, son humanité s'associe avec le soucis de l'écouter et de le servir. Simplicité, fraternité, sensibilité... Vous savez, toutes ces choses qu'on aime au travers de la nourriture et de bien se nourrir avec de bons produits.
