A sure bet: this cheese dairy is a member of the Club Gastronomique Prosper Montagné. Here, we don't compromise on quality when it comes to Munster and organic products. Cheeses, butters, yoghurts and fresh creams all come from the land. There are over 350 cheese references from regional, national and international producers. The cheeses are matured in cellars built in Buhl from planks of spruce, fir and larch.

Acheté ce jour un Mont d’Or … à prix d’or !! Je m’étonne qu’il soit couvert de moisissures blanches mais il paraît que c’est normal (???). Je me rends compte une fois chez moi que la DLC est pour demain… je me sens quelque peu arnaquée !!!!

Un très bon accueil et de très bons produits. La vendeuse prend le temps de décrire les produits, ce qui est très agréable et les prix sont raisonnables.
