MAISON ZEHRFUSS TRAITEUR
Gautier Zehrfuss is bringing a new lease of life to the catering profession. This young chef trained with Olivier Nasti (Kaysersberg), at Les Haras (Strasbourg) and at the Auberge de l'Ill (Illhaeusern). He loves working with vegetables, especially those from his grandmother's garden, and is a marvel at preparing delicious fish dishes (saithe, perch fillets, grilled scorpion fish...). As for desserts, Gautier's guilty pleasure is the Paris-Brest! Dish of the day, tray meal, home catering, reception: Gautier meets all your expectations!
