Pour vous répondre je suis issu du compagnonnage et j'ai jeté vos merguez (19€/ kg) et chipo dès la 1ere bouchée bourré de colorant et je ne sais quel nerf Haché et autres
Quant à vos tourtes, avec plusieurs croquants de cartilage retrouver à l'intérieur, cela dénote une certaine légèreté sur le triage des viandes.
Quand a vos pâté en croûte je ne préfère pas en parler
Comme quoi un traiteur ne fait pas forcément un bon charcutier.
