Opening. The park is open all year long, except on December 25. There are many services or access in winter. Everything depends on the weather. Contact the Visitor Centers or the rangers.
Rates for 7 days: US $ 30 per vintage and US $ 15 per pedestrian, motorcycle and place (free for under 16 years). Possibility to take a pass including the Yellowstone visit: US $ 50 per vehicle and US $ 40 for bike, bike or pedestrian. Free with the America the Beautiful Pass.
Post office and cash distributor. A post office is located near Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center. Also banks and positions in Jackson (south entrance).
Accessibility. Moose Visitor Center, Jenny Lake, Colter Bay and Flagg Ranch have toilets, parking spaces, entries and preferential rates for disabled people. Many accessible activities are described in the park newspaper, the Teewinot. Gros Ventre, Jenny Lake (partially accessible toilets) and Colter Bay (partially accessible toilets) are located on relatively flat grounds. Throughout the park there are accommodation and restaurants designed for disabled guests. Some hiking trails, with beautiful views, are particularly accessible with asphalted coatings, appropriate elevations (elevations in the valley range from 1 ≈ 900 ¾ to 2 ¾ 800 meters). Panoramic views and terraces offer reserved access and parking.
Ideal period. For its climate, the most pleasant period is from June to September.
