On the menu: coconut milk shrimp, hot curried goat's cheese and papaya salmon prepared by chef Robert Simpson, as well as the crabcakes that are a hit with regulars. All generously washed down with rums and beers directly imported from all the Caribbean islands (Jamaica, Cuba, etc.). Regular concerts include reggae, calypso, pan, rumba, salsa... Another good reason to drop in for a cocktail or dinner.

the appetiser shrimp was a bit small but the sauce was pretty unique????????
The jerk chicken was flavourful and delicious! The rice ball could be a bit spicy but not to me which is good! The oxtail is similar to “rawon” in Indonesia cuisine! And the fried banana is also tasty????
The bbq pork ribs was boneless and portion was generous topped with coleslaw which was refreshing
They have their recognition from some media as attached too!
From memory it’s not too expensive and will definitely come back if i’m in the palo alto area
