San Juan Bautista Historical Park featuring a Spanish plaza with several buildings from the 1800s and 4 museums
State Historic Park is home to the last Spanish plaza in the United States, and reminds visitors of the structure of late 19th-century California towns (with strong Spanish and Mexican influences). The park includes several buildings constructed in the 1800s, as well as four museums: the Plaza Hotel (home to the Visitor Center), the Plaza Hall (municipal hall), the Plaza Stables and the Castro-Breen Adobe (home of General Castro).
